Galatero cheese

Cheese with a soft texture and a milky taste.

From fresh pasteurized cow milk and a little bit if goat and sheep Naxian milk. There is galatero with plums, leek, sun dried tomatoes, poppyseeds, gojis, sweet paprika or black sesame.

It goes perfectly with fruit marmelades.
